		<description>I am so with you on this! I strive to be as successful at it as your family seems. For me it&#039;s intention more than actual execution, but I try my best given the circumstances at the time.

For instance we&#039;ve had a lot of take out lately because of my wrist surgery. It&#039;s been extremely difficult to cook.

Something I have found more difficult since diagnosis is figuring out carb counts on recipes that I usually just throw stuff in the pot. At least with prepared or packaged foods you know the portion size and carb counts.

I would actually love a list of snack foods that you mention with carb counts. Perhaps you&#039;d like to guest post on D-Mom Blog? (hint, hint!)</description>
